Join us for an intimate live session with pianist and composer Micah Thomas, a generational voice whose playing balances deep roots in jazz tradition with a forward-leaning sense of invention and emotional range.
Micah has performed and recorded with Joshua Redman, Immanuel Wilkins, Ambrose Akinmusire, Joel Ross, and Melissa Aldana. As a bandleader, his acclaimed albums Tide, Piano Solo, and Mountains have earned praise from The New York Times, JazzTimes, and DownBeat. In 2024 alone, he was named βBest International Artist of the Yearβ by Jazz News, and included in DownBeatβs β25 for the Future.β
